Content Workshops

These collaborative sessions bring us together in a room filled with the promise of creativity and learning. Armed with nothing but pen, paper and a theme , we immerse ourselves in the lively exchange of research & ideas, allowing our thoughts to evolve in the pursuit of collective inspiration and insight.

My experience with workshops has always been that we get much more out of it than we put it. But can you face the hard questions?

Design sprints

A design sprint is a fast and collaborative methodology for accelerating product delivery and driving innovation. It condenses months of work into just a few days, allowing us to rapidly prototype and test ideas. By bringing together a diverse team, we focus on specific problems and encourage creative ideation using design thinking. Through quick iterations and validation, we build the right solution for our users, eliminating guesswork and making data-driven decisions. Design sprints fast-track product development by fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring customer-centricity.

The key item required for a successful design sprint is a full week with a full roster of key stakeholders. If ALL key stakeholders are not available, do not run the sprint.

Design sprints as per the book, or similar guidelines, offer a range of intelligent tooling to guide and evolve the solution from the ideation options. The value vs effort matrix being a great tool for narrowing down the scope of the feature set (image below).
